If you wish to cancel an order there will be no charge for doing so if you e-mail us at; sales@myergonomicoffice.co.uk quoting your order reference number, before the item is dispatched.

If the item has already been dispatched, please do not open it when it arrives. You may then arrange for it to be returned to us (at your expense) and we will refund the price you paid for the cancelled item minus the delivery charge.
